Accounts Admin Officer

**Description**
1. Report to Finance Manager and Managing Director
2. Handle all incoming calls and mails.
3. Handle Account Receivable & Account Payable:
- 4. Prepare invoices and Credit Notes.
5. Manage daily transactions, cash book, bank book.
6. Liaise with clients & suppliers on payment matters.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
8. Petty cash reimbursement for staff expenses
9. General administrative duties, data entries & filing
**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Accounting/Finance
2. Min 3 years of accounts and clerical experience in construction and service industry or in related field.
4. Ability to work independently and able to multi-task and work under pressure.
5. Good team player with positive attitude.
6. High level of accuracy and efficiency.
7. Attention to detail and well organized.
8. Good interpersonal & strong customer service communications skills.
9. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
**Communications**
1. Exceptional written communication skills.
2. Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
3. Able to start immediately.
