Admin Course Officer

We are looking for a friendly, highly organised individual to support our training department. This requires an individual who will act as an ambassador for training within the business, both by supporting the customer training team with daily admin requirements and being the main point of contact for our customers enquiring about training.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing the training inbox including responding to customer and account manager queries
- Managing registration lists, sending out invitations and co‐ordinating team diary management
- Responsibility for processing training charges and invoices
- Contribution to creation of e‐learning content, and supporting the day to day running of this system
- General maintenance of training facilities within our head office, including room set up and liaising with the front of house teams
- Responsibility for maintaining the Essential Wine Guide database and writing new Essential Wine Guide entries
- Acting as Exams officer
- Involve in wine tasting events
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working within a business administration role
- Knowledge of Skillsfuture CMS would be an advantage
- Proven working experience of diary management and data management
- Customer liaison and query resolution
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are a must
- First class written and oral communication skills
- PC literate with in-depth knowledge of the full MS Office package
- Knowledge and understanding of e‐learning management systems is highly advantageous
- WSET Level 2 is highly desirable (if not wine training will be sponsored by Fine Wines SG)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
