Manager, Global Agency Performance and Management

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Global Agencies & Regional Offices' performance with focus on operational efficiencies & cost improvement in the countries in alignment with Headquarter and Principals’ strategies
- Setting day to day Business KPIs to measure organisational productivity of all Agencies & Regional offices
- Handling day to day matters, strategies and resolving any operational issues that may arise from commercial perspective
- Work closely with other stakeholders within or across Divisions for timely resolution to problems/issues and to establish preventive measures/procedures.
- Ensure timely submission of the reports by the entities and conduct thorough analysis of the results against historical and/or budgeted results to facilitate decision making towards the achievement of the budget and strategic plans.
- Monitor performances, trends and results of these offices on regular basis via KPIs, including management reporting.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline with min 1-3 years of relevant shipping experience.
- Highly numerate with good analytical thinking and quantitative skills.
- Self-driven with ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) & people management.
- Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
- Appointment will commensurate with experience
