At SWIFT Global Services, we play a crucial role in delivering SWIFT solutions and products to the customers. To support the Global Services organisation, we are looking for a Senior Partner and Resource Manager with a strong work ethic; with excellent operational, organisational and communication skills to join us.

What to expect:

- As the first point of contact, to process all new professional services orders within the agreed service level agreements and to ensure all professional service order are aligned with pre-defined framework
- Oversee and monitor the day to day running of operations to ensure smooth progress with major stakeholders (pre-sales, business development, services delivery, partners). Be quality oriented and have an operational excellence mindset at all times
- Manage and oversee resource demand management, systems and tools for day-to-day project activities, utilization, budgeting and resourcing purposes
- A proven track record in managing resources effectively, including the ability to report on effort and resolve scheduling challenges and conflicts that arise along the way
- Define requirements for, work closely and collaborate with stakeholders to champion the solutioning of resource management tools and systems, reporting and business processes
- Participate in personal development plans and resource planning with services team leads and senior management, in line with the company’s strategy and future outlook to ensure optimum resources at all times
- Assist senior management in the evolution of the services sub-contractor partner strategy and roadmap execution
- Play a central and pivotal role as the provider of outsourced services with a demonstration of added value, including regular review and adjustment of the ecosystem of services sub-contractor partners to ensure alignment to management objectives
- Define and manage partner governance framework with services partners, including escalation procedures to ensure speedy resolution of problems or conflicts at the appropriate organization level, regular cadence of operational and strategic planning and review meetings, quality management
- Organize and manage joint activities with services partners
- Executive-to-executive meetings to share the company’s strategy, provide feedback on its strategic services sub-contracting program, and solicit feedback and suggestions from key partners
- Training and learning sessions, where SWIFT business and technical experts and services partners meet to discuss and share best practices, review past projects and learning points, and establish enhancements to processes and capabilities to further increase service excellence levels of partners
- Operational business reviews, where individuals responsible for day-to-day management of the relationship review progress on joint initiatives, operational performance, and risks
- Manage all services related commercial activities, including defining and finalizing work orders, issuing purchase requests, managing partner related P&L and deliver the revenue and margin objectives of the business
- Manage all services related commercial contracts, including full end-to-end contract responsibility globally
- Handle all partner-related operational matters, including monthly project progress tracking and partner onboarding process
- Provide meaningful and insightful measurement data regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of Global Services (e.g. utilization rates, scheduling availabilities, etc).
