We are looking for a Human Resource and Operations Senior Executive or Manager to oversee all human resource and operations functions of our firm.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Managing Director and Directors to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy
- Provide support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
- Analyse trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
- Maintain compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Report on key operational and substantive metrics for the practice group that will better inform decision-making, including matter and work product analyses
- Identify and implement legal department tools to streamline new or existing practices, as well as managing design, rollout, and training for new systems
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
- Manage relationships with key vendors
- Partner with Risk / KYC Director to formulate, strategize and maintain Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) program within the firm
- Ensure compliance with current AML regulations, and other relevant legislation
- Maintain a risk assessment framework for services, clients and other issues relating to AML

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ of experience in HR and operations functions
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, able to work independently and a good team player
