DESIGNATION : Customer Service Officer (General Enquiry Support)

RESPONSIBILITIES
**How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success**:

- Provide support to enquiries on retail promotions, products, and services, inclusive of general, billing, order enquiries and tier 1 technical troubleshooting.
- Instill customer loyalty and retain customers through the company retention strategies.
- Effectively provide superior customer experience
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely customer service and meeting SLA committed to the customer and set by the department.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to engage and retain customers.
- Able to undertake any additional assigned projects or tasks as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS
**We think you’ll fit in great with us if you**:

- Diploma / GCE O Levels
- Relevant working experience in the service industry (preferred)
- Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (preferred) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Excellent customer handling skills.
- Possess strong PC and internet skills.
- Able to work shift duties and may be rostered to work weekends and Public Holidays depending on shift schedules.
- Independent and Self-Driven with problem solving skills.
- Pleasant and cheerful personality
- Ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs.
- Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
