**Our client is one of the largest MRO companies in Aviation Industry, and they are currently seeking an experienced HR manager with special focus on process improvement and lead HR initiatives to support their organisational goals.**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**Reporting to Vice President, Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in developing and reengineering our HR processes to enhance overall efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. This position requires a thinker with a strong background in HR and a passion for continuous improvement.**
**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- Evaluate existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined procedures.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes with other business functions.
- Keep abreast of changes, develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Research and analyse information, and provide human resources advice and decisions to maintain market competitiveness and support business goals.
- Plan and manage human resources operations budget.
- Establish strong working relationships with the HR team, cross-department colleagues, management team, government agencies, union, institutes of higher learning and vendors.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Responsible for the physical security of the company premises
**REQUIREMENT**
- A degree from a recognised university
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Strong leader with emphasis on empowering and developing others to achieve team success.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with multiple levels in the organisation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and exposure to HRIS systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
