**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of human resource management including manpower planning, staffing, compensation and benefit, organizational capability development, employee development, talent management and performance management.
- Responsible for updating and integrity of HR data to meet regulatory requirements for workplace health and safety, industrial certifications and manpower qualifications.
- Identify and define the HR requirements (organizational capabilities, people competencies, way of working) critical for the realization of the business objectives and define actions to address them.
- Prepare the manpower plan and associated budgets for staff in support of the annual budget planning exercise.
- Perform HR scenario planning based on external developments such as labour markets, demographics.
- Implement a yearly appraisal system and undertake regular salary reviews.
- Establish a talent management program in line with the strategic objectives.
- Carry out Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and follow through with focus groups or relevant actions to address issues.
- Update the employee handbook and document all HR policies and changes.
- Oversee the administrative support in the organization for various submissions, renewals, claims, surveys, etc., dealing directly with the designated party or agency.
- Perform benchmarking on related HR matters for comparison and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with Department Heads to provide HR support.
- Manage & process company payroll, validation of staff claims and staff benefits claims.
- Perform ad hoc duties as requested.

- At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience as a Human Resource Generalist.
- Possess good knowledge of the Employment Act.
