HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Plan and organize recruitment fairs to attract top talent and enhance employer visibility.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating employee orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Coordinate and assist in planning employee engagement events.
- Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Design EDMs and other digital marketing materials to promote HR activities and initiatives.
- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and employee stories, for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize employer branding efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and content design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong creative sense in designing EDMs and other digital marketing materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work on weekends (when required) to support HR initiatives.
