**Responsibilities**:

- You need to research the local plastic packaging and paper packaging market in Singapore, analyze the market potential, sales data and expenses of sales channels, calculate profits and losses, and provide data support for the establishment of new markets and new models.
- Assist the Manager in formulating the operating strategy of the Singapore company to ensure that the company's daily operating activities are consistent with the strategic goals.
- You need to participate in the recruitment and selection of sales personnel, R&D personnel and other personnel of the Singapore company's operation center, be responsible for the management and training of the Singapore operation center team, advocate the establishment of a learning team, organize training and learning regularly, strengthen experience, improve professional ability, and enhance the overall quality of team members;
- Able to be responsible for the research and development of paper packaging and plastic packaging, market development and sales
- Explore, expand, track potential customers and business opportunities, organize and analyze information from various sales channels, and establish key customer files
- Able to be responsible for formulating sales management systems in a timely manner according to changes in the internal and external environment, setting sales targets, sales models, sales strategies, sales budgets and incentive plans, etc., decomposing and implementing them to each salesperson, strengthening target management and time management, improving the overall performance of the team, and assisting each team and employee to complete the annual sales task;
**Job requirements**:

- You must be proficient in Chinese and English
- You must have a College degree or above, more than 2years of sales experience or more than three years of key customer sales experience in paper packaging or plastic packaging projects, and team management experience of more than 5 people
- You must have clear thinking, keen judgment, ability to capture business opportunities and business negotiation skills;
- You must have good at time management, courageous in facing pressure and challenges at work, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism:

- Possess good professional ethics and team spirit, able to work closely with all departments of the company to achieve the company's goals together.
