To help to perform a range of analyses that will include industrial analysis, competitive analysis, and comparative valuation;
- To perform competitive and cross divisional analysis of the industry peers and monitor the other public disclosures, like the various presentations made at the investor seminars, conferences, etc
- To determine clients' position in the market and to provide the leaders with a proactive assessment and any other relevant feedback and guidance that is needed by the organization's senior personnel on how to increase the interactions with the investment community
- To maintain and update the relevant database of trading multiples, consensus estimates, stock price performance, etc., and to handle ad hoc research projects for clients
- Develops, implements, and manages the investor relations plans for clients when needed - Responsible for monitoring the earnings seasons and for developing and preparing investors/analysts related press releases of quarterly earnings.
- Assists in developing the key notes/ pointers for EDMs/Telegram/LinkedIn posts related to M&A, quarterly/ half-yearly results, FAQ for the investor community and financial media;
- Communicates the key developments that have occurred in clients’ organisation and provides important information regarding the company's strategies, its operations, and the overall financial performance.
- Responsible for identifying and tapping the new potential investors and analysts.
- Proactive corporate activities for investors, identifying networking and other opportunities to build and create new initiatives;
- Responsible for updating the senior management on the priorities and concerns of the shareholders and in representing the voice of the investors;
- Acts as liaison between the clients, investment community and financial media on announcements/press releases in regard to M&A, Financial results and stock performance;
- Maintains and develops a positive public image for the organization;
- Facilitates financial analyst meetings, which may include creating and reviewing the agenda, suggesting and setting the format and dates of the meetings, and fielding questions that may arise before, during, and after the meeting;
