**About the Client.**

Our client is a top-tier Venture Capital Fund focused on technology and healthcare sector investments, with over US$10bn in assets under management.

The firm is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst/ Senior Analyst to join the Singapore team.

**About the Responsibilities **
- Support the Investor Relations team in executing the firm's investor relations strategy and activities.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining investor presentations, pitch decks, marketing materials, and due diligence documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including deal professionals and finance and supporting teams, to gather accurate and relevant information for investor communications.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other fundraising events.
- Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Maintain the investor relations database and ensure accurate and up-to-date investor records and communications.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide insights and support decision-making.

**About the Requirements.**
- Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting disciplines from a top, globally recognized university with 1-2 years' relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with investor relations tools, CRM systems, and data management platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of private equity investments, fund structures, and the fundraising process is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic.
