**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for construction and material handling equipment (MHE) in the West region.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with MHE equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to customer problems.
- Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess equipment performance and provide recommendations.
- Create and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides and technical manuals.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of MHE equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience in technical support or field service role within the construction or MHE industry.
- Sound knowledge of construction and MHE equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the West region for client visits.
