Job Responsibilities:

Technician – Job Scope:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment or machinery.
  • Assist engineers with installation, testing, and calibration tasks.
  • Monitor system performance and report issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all technical operations.

Assistant Engineer – Job Scope:

  • Support engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparing technical reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks under supervision.
  • Help troubleshoot technical problems and implement solutions.

Service Engineer – Job Scope:

  • Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for client equipment.
  • Diagnose technical issues and perform corrective actions efficiently.
  • Train customers on proper equipment use and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain service documentation, including reports and service logs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.

QA QC Technician/ Engineer – Job Scope:

  • Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs), including inspection checkpoints and testing criteria.
  • Review engineering documents to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hydro/pneumatic pressure tests to verify material and weld quality.
  • Oversee material receiving, handling, storage, and verify compliance through certification checks and documentation.
  • Monitor welding procedures and welder performance; coordinate inspections and testing of welds and joints.
  • Maintain inspection records, generate quality reports, and collaborate with project teams to address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
  • Understanding design, capable on testing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Possesses basic experience in project management.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of machinery or equipment.
