**Talent Acquisition**
- Recruitment support for the region (Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand) tapping on various channels (recruitment portals, LinkedIn, talents scouting)
- Business partner with stakeholders to ensure consistency for all new joiners' onboarding, induction planning, and experience across all markets
- HR onboarding (30, 60 and 90 days follow-up)
- Using HR analytics to review recruitment, retention strategies, working on EVP (Staff turnover, employee satisfaction surveys etc)
- Generating HR reports
- Preparation of Employment Contracts for new joiners
- Follow-up exit interviews
**Requirements**:
- Min 1-3 years of recruitment experience
- Good Microsoft office skills (PPT, Word and Excel)
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- Responsible & Responsive
