Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing industry, with their regional office based in Singapore. As the business continues to evolve, they are looking for a **Regional Finance & Reporting Analyst**to be part of their high-performing team.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

**Consolidation & Management Reporting**
- Partner with local finance teams to prepare monthly, budget, forecast, and long-term consolidated financial statements.
- Develop and maintain business performance reports and analytical dashboards for management.
- Prepare financial ratios, trend analyses, and presentation materials for management and board meetings.

**Statutory & Compliance**
- Coordinate with local entities to ensure timely completion of external audits and statutory reporting packs.
- Support transfer pricing documentation by consolidating information across regional teams.
- Maintain finance-related corporate secretarial documents and contracts to ensure compliance.

**Data & Pricing Analysis**
- Collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams to manage product and transfer pricing updates within the ERP system.
- Conduct price chain and profitability analyses using the latest cost data.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.

**Projects & Systems Enhancement**
- Participate in finance system upgrades (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Power BI dashboards) and help improve reporting efficiency.
- Provide proactive support to finance and cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Ideally 3 years’ experience in finance, reporting, or audit-related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
