Responsible in the financial support and variance analysis of monthly financial results / forecasts, annual budget, actuals in Asia Pacific region, allowing the organization to make well-informed commercial decisions. Design and maintain financial models and templates to support accurate budgeting and forecasting. Collect, analyze and track key financial indicator and compare against approved budget. Financial Analyses: Undertake analyses on financial operational results and variances to provide insights and recommendation to improve performance. Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to other business stakeholders to drive business strategic objectives. Annual budget: Work proactively with the business stakeholders to pursue the effective formulation of the annual Budget Plan and provide management in-depth analysis for effective business decision making and execution. Review, communicate, discuss and challenge the business impacts with business managers and provide the needed business input and commentary whenever required. Identify efficiency improvements in Asia Pac management information, support regional finance business leaders in their management information needs. Projects: Support regional projects (e.g. new ERP system upgrade) as needs arise by providing financial recommendations. Formulate and implement finance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and local accounting regulations.
