Regional Finance Director

Singapore AIKIT PTE. LTD. Full time $150,000 - $250,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Regional Finance Director to lead and oversee financial operations across multiple entities, with a strong focus on compliance, reporting, and strategic alignment across the US, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex, cross-border financial structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and consolidate financial reporting across US, Hong Kong, and Shanghai entities.
  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and local statutory requirements.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and audits across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to strengthen financial governance.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support cross-border transactions, intercompany reconciliations, and transfer pricing arrangements.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and regional expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA certification preferred.
  • Proven track record (10+ years) in senior finance leadership roles, with direct experience managing accounts in US, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, PRC GAAP, and regional tax regulations.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with US time zones to align with headquarters and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems and ERP platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop finance teams across multiple locations.
