**Sales Operations Manager, APAC, Business Communication**

You will be responsible for working closely with VP Sales APAC and various Headquarter functions within Business Communication Business unit and other enabling functions to support, analyze, provide and collect market data within the APAC region. You will be responsible for reporting necessary information for various planning, reporting and coordination purpose to accurately represent each country within the APAC region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support development of strategies for APAC region
- Monitor and execute the implementation of business strategies for each country.
- Interface with different functions across all relevant management levels and ensure direct communication with the SE Headquarter in alignment with VP Sales APAC
- Provide market knowledge & market feedback into the Business Unit
- Coordinate the annual sales ambitions setting & monitoring in conjunction with the VP Sales APAC - Business Communication
- Prepare, analyze and provide reporting, data & necessory information to the relevant stakeholder.
- Participate in and/ or run projects on APAC relevant topics
- Alignment between SD+ Product manager+ regulation compliance team for timely product launches, certifications etc. based on local requirements in the APAC region.
- Monitor and support stock availability, urgent requests, promotion items & special project deliveries

**Your profile**- Post graduate degree or diploma in Business Management / Finance-
- 5 years’ related work experience in the field of sales, marketing, or business development,-
- 5+ years’ experience working within the Asian Pacific region with strong knowledge of local cultures and market needs.-
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of business analysis, reporting and data management-
- Understanding of sales and customer relationship management-
- Experienced in process and project management- Strong communication and presentation skills
