**The team you'll be part of**
You will form part of the Leadership team of the Global Sales organization within Cloud & Network Services (CNS), reporting into the Senior VP of the Global Sales organization. You will lead a large team spread over the APAC region with senior sales, presales and delivery leaders reporting into you either in direct or dotted line. You will be accountable for the sales and delivery performance of the business in APAC.

Lead CNS GBC APAC operational matters related to GTM strategy coordination, sales and business planning, workforce planning, sales compensation, processes & tools, governance and business management, performance management and analytics, pipeline management and financial forecasting. Drive continuous improvements to achieve long term ambitions.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
Lead the CNS GBC (Global Business Center) Sales & Business Operations team for GBC APAC managing the GTM strategy, sales operations, business and workforce planning, financial forecast process & other business operations activities in partnership with GBC and other partner organizations.
- Lead market governance for GBC operational matters including strategy coordination, workforce management, transformation initiatives, governance, KPI’s, analytics, sales and business process and tools, pipeline, planning and financial forecasting.
- Provide GBC teams with analytics to monitoring of sales pipeline, sales performance, financial (order intake, revenue, margin) and operational KPIs. Lead and drive actions to closure.
- Support GBC sales and pre-sales teams to ensure high quality, accurate and consistent pipeline management and to maintain strategic account plans.
- Lead financial forecasting (order, revenue and margin) process across APAC, manage overall forecast consolidation and cadence in partnership with finance, sales, pre-sales, delivery, etc.
- Lead the orchestration and preparation of business and operations reviews (i.e., NBR content, QBRs, etc.
- Lead and coordinate the market annual planning process in partnership with finance, market teams and CNS leadership.
- Lead/support workforce management (WFM) activities with People, central and local GBC teams.
- Manage CNS sales incentive plans (SIP) in partnership with GBC central teams, finance, people and market/functional teams.
- Lead or support market level governance and business planning & analysis activities.
- Be a strategic partner, advisor and sounding board for the market leader on the business.
- Provide guidance to the Market, MU/CBT and other GBC functional leaders on operational matters (workforce planning, pipeline, deals, etc.).
- Develop, coach and support team members to build a stronger overall business with the sales, pre-sales and delivery teams.
**Your skills and experience**
- 10 years related experience with an advanced degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business & financial acumen and knowledge of Nokia’s e2e and software/cloud services business.
- Strong finance knowledge including P&L and operational business experience
- Ability to work in global environment
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership & facilitation skills
- Experience in designing, implementing and improving e2e business processes
- Strong experience in change management
- People development, coaching and influencing skills
