**Internal Role Title: Account Executive**
**New Opportunities**: Identify new business opportunities within large organizations ( Fortune 500) that would benefit from the company’s tech solutions.
**Collaborating with Internal Cross-Functional Teams**: Closely working with internal teams like Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and Channels teams to ensure the success of the territory
**Build and Maintain Relationships**: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (C-level executives, IT directors, etc.) within enterprise accounts.
**Client Upsell and Retention**: Work to retain existing customers by continuously providing value, addressing concerns, and seeking to upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
**Develop Sales Plans**: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within an assigned territory or account base
**Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain a detailed and up-to-date CRM system with accurate information on leads, deals, and forecasts.
**Regular Reporting**: Provide regular sales performance updates to senior leadership, including progress against quotas, key account developments, and competitive insights.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of tech solution sales experience to enterprise organisations in ASEAN.
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise software technical solutions, particularly selling in the DevOps space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and large sales cycles and drive revenue growth within new and existing accounts.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments and geographies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
