You will possess a sales and technical background that enable you to drive sales engagement at senior business and technical levels, including video engineers and operations executives. In addition, you will be a strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments while possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you are results-oriented and self-motivated with an outgoing personality, able to navigate technical and business concepts. You are organized, a self-starter, and have an excellent command of the modern buyer's journey. In this role, you will be a key driver of revenue for the company and on the front lines for evangelizing our products to prospective users.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify high-potential prospective customers and grow new revenue from businesses that utilize video and AI technologies as a core capability. You will target industry segments, including corporate video operations, real-time video communications, social networks, live video platforms, OTT entertainment streaming services, cloud gaming, virtual desktop, AI-enabled video learning, security, and more.
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan that leads to executive and influencer alignment in Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Build and maintain selling relationships with executives, operational teams, and engineers, staying engaged throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. You know how to source your deals, and you are creative to get in front of people not easily approached.
- Manage the legal and procurement processes internally and externally to maintain deal continuity and create scalable global processes and agreements.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate the resources needed to make an account successful.
- Travel (when needed and safe) for industry conferences and customer meetings.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of technology sales experience focused on outside (Enterprise) sales - B2B and/or SaaS sales experience in a revenue closing executive role. Experience selling hardware would be great.
- Experience selling streaming video solutions and/or video, AI and video analytics infrastructure.
- Experience driving innovation and creating new business opportunities with your customers.
- Understanding of the modern video encoding workflow and infrastructure.
- Experience with proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding understanding of the customer's business.
- Flexible and willing to try new processes while iterating to scale a high-performance sales engine.
- Critical thinking skills and a problem solver.
- Passion for technology and aptitude to learn new technologies.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM/sales tech solutions.
- Bachelor's degree.
