PAZZION Café is looking for a Head Barista with a flair for creativity and a deep love for coffee. You’ll provide guidance and mentorship to the barista team while crafting new and exciting beverages that reflect current trends and customer preferences.

**What You’ll Do**
- Set high standards for drink quality and consistency.
- Create and test seasonal drink specials and signature beverages.
- Guide and mentor the barista team in both technical skills and service excellence.
- Ensure coffee equipment is cleaned and calibrated regularly.
- Work with marketing to promote new drink launches and customer favourites.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a barista leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and brewing techniques.
- A passion for innovating with flavours, textures, and presentations.
- Effective team leadership and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
