- Manage daily shipping, logistics and documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.
- Monitor and track shipment booking, transit and schedules
- To do data entry, filing & procedural keeping of shipment schedules
- Keep proper documentation on quotes, invoices and etc.

**Requirements**:

- Microsoft NAV software
- Familiar with shipping documents for imports
- Knowledge in declaring permits
