Commercial Manager

Advising, developing, reviewing and negotiating key commercial contracts with various stakeholders.
- Supporting the review, evaluation and negotiations of procurement contracts including tender documents, purchase orders, purchase contracts etc.
- Review of confidentiality agreements/MOUs/agreements on collaboration projects.
- Provision of general legal advice and support on finance, corporate, employment and other matters.
- Managing and advising on all legal and regulatory matters of the Company including assisting in building relationships and interfaces with regulators.
- Assisting in the provision of company secretarial and other legal management activities.
- Oversee commercial & product development cycle activities within the portfolio company
- Collaborate with engineering, regulatory agencies to establish product commercialization and regulatory milestones in line with company’s objectives
- Work closely with external vendors for technical/manpower resources within project budget
- Manage project costs, finances and documentation for management reporting and audit purposes
**Requirements**:
- Relevant industry experience of 5 years in either Agriculture, FMCG or Healthcare products
- General corporate/commercial work or prior experience with project and procurement matters.
