Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a APAC DM annual ARR plan that aligns with the Zone and Country ICP/ACP and OKR.
- Monitor, track and drive improvement against APAC Zone and Country Portfolio Development KPIs i.e. Campaign Pipeline and Revenue Leverage, Pipeline Coverage and Suspect Progression into Pipeline.
- Build relationships with Sales, Partner Management, PFD, PreSales, Support and Marketing to maximise revenue & pipeline in conjunction with the Global, Zone and Country Portfolio Development leads to cover the Simcenter Portfolio.
- Act as trusted advisor to Global and Country Portfolio Development leads providing guidance on the planning, execution and measurement of portfolio development activites for DM portfolio.
- Work with the DM Global Portfolio Development team and the AP countries to define strategies for accelerated growth in the countries, influencing both, the global team and the countries to make the necceseray changes
- Establish and track measurable goals for monitoring the DM portfolio growth against each OKR in Global/Zone/Country
- Work with Zone Director PfD/PreSales and GPFD for consolidating and prioritizing critical feedback on product maturity - identifying functionality gaps, market opportunities, competitive feedback relative to SMB market needs.
- Take initiative to stimulate business opportunities that occur from new business situations including M&A, change in market dynamics a.o.

**Qualifications**:

- Master degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within digital manufacturing industry
- Extensive and proven knowledge and experience of Challenger selling

Solution knowledge of Digital Manufcaturing solutions and competitive products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to communicate and to drive people in obtaining result independently
- Experience in working with different APAC countries/cultures
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel 25%-50% of the time
