**Data Centre Development Director - APAC**

Our client is a fast growing data centre developer/operator building on an existing DC portfolio spanning APAC. Backed by a globally renowned asset management giant, this DC platform is in an exciting phase of growth. This hands on senior role is based in Singapore with an APAC remit. Our client is after experienced DC Project Managers who understand the full DC life-cycle from design through to commissioning. Multiple country project experience is preferred.

The role of the Regional Development Director is to manage and complete the development projects to agreed outcomes in terms of scope, schedule, within budget and of a high-quality standard. This will include the oversight of project design, technology risk integration, general contractor procurement, authority interfaces, construction stage, commissioning, handover, certifications such as Uptime Institute, Defect Liability Period, to ensure successful outcomes.

This will be achieved by directing internal and external resources to deliver complex mission critical facilities, specifically data centres, at multiple geographical locations across Asia.
