Web3 companies must still meet traditional reporting and compliance obligations and must provide accurate, up to date financial information to stakeholders.

We are not exclusively a Web3 accounting firm, and our strength is combining traditional finance expertise with digital asset knowledge. What you will be doing

Reporting to Managing Director, Singapore, you will:

• work closely with the Head of Product to define and develop the Web3 accounting service line
• develop and drive the marketing strategy the Web3 accounting service line
• identify sources of suitable work in the Web3 space and actively pursue winning that work
• take full ownership and overall responsibility for business development of this service line
• manage a portfolio of Web3 clients and act as their key point of contact
• in collaboration with the Head of Product, establish an operational structure to support the growth of this service line both in Singapore and other key jurisdictions (Ireland/UK and Cayman Islands)
• leverage support for this service from other service line leaders within the DM Group to assist with actively growing revenues for this new service
• expand and develop the service line by working with other senior staff across the DM Group who have digital asset experience
• deliver digital asset training to staff across the group as required

Due to our global client base, there is an expectation that a certain amount of international travel will be required. There will be opportunities to work on other projects across the DM Group where this skill will be useful. These opportunities may or may not be digital asset specific.

What will you need

• 5+ years' experience working in the digital asset space- ideally in an audit and/or accounting environment
• Experience providing administrative and accounting support to DAO structures
• Good understanding of blockchain Infrastructure with an ability to read and understand blockchain transactions
• Strong data reconciliation and workflow design experience
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative work approach with an ability to manage projects effectively across the DM Group
• Demonstrable teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines to ensure compliance requirements are met
• Experience of working in a team environment with a keen interest in developing team members
• Ability to take ownership of own professional development
• Systems implementation and process engineering expertise
