Customer service officer are often our primary point of contact with our company. The duties and responsibilities of a CSO include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads which in return sales team will handle
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints/issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and built a strong service review for the company

Requirement:

- A positive attitude
- Strong in language and communicating
