**What will you do?**:
As a Senior Manager for Communications and Branding, you will drive external and internal communications and focus on developing a strong global brand presence for EVYD. You will also power our outreach to targeted stakeholders and build our people to become effective brand ambassadors.

This role reports to our Vice President of Operations and is based in Singapore.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Lay down communications standards, policies and processes for both internal and external communications.
- Build the EVYD brand. Achieve top-of-mind awareness for EVYD in the HealthTech industry. Build and execute an end-to-end branding strategy and playbook.
- Manage the Marketing and Communications department budget to ensure we get the best returns on our dollar. Formulate a hybrid strategy to balance both in-house capabilities and agency support.
- Take charge of the Marketing and Communications team to make it nimble and agile.
- Create new ideas and initiatives to improve communications across the company. Collaborate with other key stakeholders to get this done.
- Be the central review point for all internal and external communications.
- Develop collaterals such as fact sheets, newsletters, senior executive profiles, releases and prepare speeches.
- Ensure the EVYD brand is consistent and aligned across all communication platforms. This means tone-of-voice, color, etc.
- Revamp our website according to the branding standards you set and keep it well maintained and up-to-date with relevant information and profiling.
- Increase the EVYD brand presence and thought leadership by working closely with other departments to develop and publicise articles such as medical papers, case studies, and white papers.
- Identify relevant events and other platforms for EVYD to participate in or organize to either enhance our brand, seed the ground or create fresh marketing opportunities.

**Travel requirements**:
You may need to travel from time to time to our places of business to work on events and with local teams.

**What skills do you need?**:
**Human skills**:

- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You thrive on ambiguity, love communicating our wins, and can manage priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment.

**Technical skills**:

- An excellent command of English with a flair for copywriting. Being effectively bilingual with the ability to speak Mandarin will be useful to work with stakeholders based in China.
- You are a savvy negotiator and uphold strict standards when working with agencies.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or other related qualifications.
- An experienced branding professional with 8-10 years of relevant experience in building up strong corporate and marketing communications teams. A mix of both startup and agency experience will be great.
