Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, email). Craft compelling narratives that communicate the company's mission, vision, and value proposition. Lead PR efforts, media relations, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives. Content &Digital Engagement Create and manage content strategy across web, social, and partner channels. Collaborate with product and sales teams to produce impactful marketing collateral. Develop campaigns that enhance customer education and engagement. Stakeholder & Community Management Build relationships with industry partners, associations, and fintech communities. Organize events, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance brand presence. Act as a spokesperson when needed, representing the brand at key events. Analytics & Reporting Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics. Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership to inform business decisions Requirements Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies within the fintech, SaaS, or financial services industry. Approximately 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing a small team. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially in areas like trade finance, supply chain finance, or digital banking platforms. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as startups or scale-ups, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach. Demonstrated ability to build brand presence, drive lead generation, and support sales enablement through integrated marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives
