**Listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), Hyphens Group has a direct presence in Singapore (HQ), Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, and is supplemented by a marketing and distribution network covering additional jurisdictions like Hong Kong, Myanmar, Brunei, Cambodia, Oman, Bangladesh, South Korea and China.**
**The Group’s core business comprises the following segments: Specialty Pharma Principals, Proprietary Brands, and Medical Hypermart and Digital. Besides marketing and selling a range of specialty pharmaceutical products in selected ASEAN countries through exclusive distributorship or licensing and supply agreements with brand principals mainly from Europe and the United States, the Group also develops, markets and sells its own proprietary range of dermatological products and health supplement products. In addition, the Group operates a medical hypermart for healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions and retail pharmacies, to supply pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.**
DESIGNATION : Sales Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Job Responsibilities and Duties**
- Active coverage of accounts assigned through sales analysis and strategic planning to achieve the monthly and yearly sales target given.
- Work closely with digital team on meeting client needs to ensure customer acquisition to POM, WellAway and retention to meet growth targets.
- Work with marketing, pre-sales, partner management and professional services to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies.
- Identifying areas of new business opportunities within current client relationships (white space) & explore new spaces for sales & products or categories.
QUALIFICATIONS
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2-3 years industry experience in pharmaceutical/medical device selling
- Possess good interpersonal skills, hard-working with a hunger for sales-achievement & a team-player
- Responsible for overseeing client relations, contracts, onboarding, renewals, and growth.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing technology; well-developed product sensibility and experience translating technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Track-record of collaboration across a large organization to deliver to expectations.
- Demonstrated success in a high-pressured commission driven environment, with a history of converting leads and achieving revenue targets.
