What you’ll do:
Support Team Lead/Deal Principal in origination of new clients and manage existing TCF clients for the South Asia region- Structure and execute transactions (TCF, loans and other financial solutions) by collaborating with working closely with key stakeholders i.e., clients, product, risk, legal, compliance, operations etc.- Work closely with Transaction Management Office (TMO) and operations partners to ensure robust execution of flow trade transactions.- Support the growth of ING’s wallet share of auxiliary businesses (including Financial Markets, Transaction Services (including Trade Finance Service, Working Capital Solutions and Strategic Products) and our trade digitalization ambitions- Support the effective implementation of ING’s business strategies and policies for TCF and Asia Pacific to achieve financial and business objectives while ensuring strong adherence to prudent risk management and in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements- Lead and support discussions on knowledge sharing / transaction review sessions and any ad hoc requirements as required by your manager

What we’re looking for:
- 3 - 5 years prior experience in dealing with commodity clients, preferably in Asia.- Good analytical skills, with keen interest to find out more.- Resourceful and willingness to work with clients / stakeholders for solutions.- Positive attitude in dealing with challenging and difficult situations.- Fresh graduates with keen interest in TCF and a “can do” attitude are welcome to apply.
