Our client is a regional logistics company with a strong presence across Asia. With decades of experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, and integrated logistics solutions, they are known for their operational excellence and long-standing customer partnerships.

As part of their expansion plans, we have been exclusively engaged to identify a seasoned commercial leader for the role of **Head of Commercial, Asia Pacific Logistics**, based in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy to support revenue growth and profitability targets
- Lead and manage regional sales and business development teams across multiple markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify new market segments and drive strategic initiatives to grow market share
- Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and tender management
- Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure service alignment and sustainable margin growth
- Track and report on commercial performance, sales pipeline, and market developments
- Coach, mentor, and support team members to strengthen commercial capabilities within the organisation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 15+ years of relevant commercial experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors
- Strong track record in business development, key account management, and strategic sales planning
- Proven experience leading commercial teams in a regional or multi-country setup
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian logistics landscape, customer expectations, and competitive environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
