**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
SG-MY Vaccines is committed towards the goal of reducing the burden of vaccines preventable diseases through stakeholder engagement and partnerships. Working cross-functionally we are inventing new ways of interacting with our customers and patients through various channels and technologies.
In this role, you get to be an extension of marketing and the face of the company, promoting the mission of Vaccines to HCP and consumers. Working in networks across functions raises your professional profile and broaden access to future opportunities in a top-ranked biopharmaceutical company.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO (it is included but not limited as below mentioned)**:
- Identify relevant communities for engagements, develop, coordinate, and implement virtual and in-person trainings, workshops, conferences, and other events and initiatives that raises awareness for vaccines preventable diseases in coordination with multiple partners, including the management of event, registration, attendance, payments, etc.
- Ensuring programs are responsive to customer needs and the changing market landscape.
- Engage cross-functional teams (Policy & Access, Regulatory, Communication, Sales and Commercial Operations) to develop integrated Customer and Patient engagement plan.
- Define and track meaningful metrics to demonstrate tangible results and return on spend.
- Drive interactive campaigning and community building to amplify the buzz linked to our social campaigns.
- Development of business plans for Corporate and Tertiary/School health programs with
the aim of promoting vaccination.
- Develop in partnership with medical, obtain approvals for outreach contents & messages
- Extend company digital assets to HCP community.
- Build a strong network of like-minded partners - HCP, patient advocates, professional societies, NGOs, insurance companies ready to partner and support community engagements.
**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, public relations, or a closely related field.
- Work experience in program management, public relations, marketing, engagement, or a related professional area.
- Demonstrated experience developing high-quality content, both written and multi-media.
- Demonstrated experience with managing the outreach, engagement, and/or marketing of a complex program.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally - with the ability to influence and lead change while building strong cross-functional partnerships. You must also be a creative thinker, with confidence and ability to challenge established thinking.
- Strong project and people management skills, with intellectual curiosity and the ability to create a vision as well as execute complex initiatives in matrix structures and the capability to get things done in an ethical and compliant way.
- Experience with content management systems as well as software programs (inDesign,
- Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator) and producing a podcast.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and multi-task, while coping with interruptions.
- Flexibility to adapt to sudden changes in planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access).
- Excellent detail-oriented, organizational, and administrative skills to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and strong customer-focus
- Track record of high performance and achievement of objectives
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
