**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Achieve monthly sales minimum targets.
- Receive and handle leads prospect and convert to potential clients.
- Plan events in collaboration with clients.
- Present and sell available Multi-Functional Space, Meeting Room, VIP Room, and other add-on options at the highest standard.
- Contact customers via mail and telephone for site inspections.
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
- Identify periods with low activity and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to secure new ad-hoc business, minimizing the impact of low activity periods.
- Actively manage business bookings, record denials, and make network referrals.
- Encourage repeat business through excellent customer service and effective inquiry handling.
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
- Ensure online meeting partner websites are regularly updated and managed, including photos, descriptions, and promotions.
- Develop business both online and offline, with a focus on your databases.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience.
- develop targeted prospect databases.
- Experience in hospitality, service & retail sales experience is in prior.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Hospitality / Tourism / Leisure or other related industries.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English & Chinese (Speak & Write)

**Salary**:$2500 to $2800 per month plus commission & Incentive (up to $3800)

**Location**:Tajong Pagar, International Plaza

**Working Arrangement**:5 Days work week, Mondays to Friday (Shift Work Required)

Able to work Saturday and Sunday depending on event schedule may need to standby. Time off will be given.

Off on public holiday
