Sales Operation

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Execute order processing and order fulfilment tasks.
- Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries and resolving their complaints.
- Analyse customers’ needs to improve customer relationships and experience.
- Update and maintain customers’ records and contact database.
- Update and maintain the sales and logistics database in line with accounting needs.
- Plan and maintain logistics services (including delivery, inventory, warehousing, etc.) to meet customer service standard as well as satisfy customers’ and audit requirements.
- Support the implementation of customer service channels and solutions for managing customers' concerns.
- Support the implementation of business process improvement solutions to ensure customer service operations are effective and provide feedback on how to improve processes.
- Gather customer feedback and identify risks with different approaches of business process change.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Work to deliver customer satisfaction and to provide professional customer support.
- Support internal and external parties in accounts related matters.
- Support Managing Director on ad-hoc work (including specific sales activities).
- Other duties as required by the Company.
**Minimum Job Requirements**
**a) Education & Training**
- Tertiary education
**b) Experience**
- Experience in the optical industry is preferred.
- Experience in customer service and documentation are preferred.
- Comfortable using computer.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Good customer service.
- Professional, positive and people-centric.
- Trustworthy and mature.
- Focused on quality, accuracy and consistency.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to function under stress.
- Able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Receptive to change.
