Assistant CRM Manager, SEA

Overview:
Our client is seeking an Assistant CRM Manager / Senior CRM Specialist to join their team and play a crucial role in implementing comprehensive CRM programs both online and offline. This individual will be essential in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty through effective CRM strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic CRM Program Development:

- Collaborate closely with CRM Lead to formulate and execute CRM initiatives that align with broader marketing goals.
- Drive the development of targeted campaigns and promotions to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

- Monitor campaign performance and analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implement strategies to enhance our loyalty program and promotional efforts based on insights gathered.
- Multi-channel Communication Strategy:

- Devise and implement comprehensive communication strategies across various channels including eDM, SMS, and social media.
- Utilize CRM systems to segment customer databases and deliver personalized communications effectively.
- Data Accuracy and Insights:

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer databases through efficient data management practices.
- Regularly analyze customer data to uncover actionable insights and trends that inform targeted marketing efforts.
- Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:

- Generate regular reports on CRM program performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to internal teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of CRM best practices and tools.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and making necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and optimize CRM strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Proven experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, or database marketing.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Proficient in CRM tools and platforms, with experience in data management and segmentation.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
