**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our team. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team of educational professionals, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the delivery of quality educational services to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of educational professionals, including teachers, support staff, and administrative personnel.
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services to clients, including classes, assessments, and support services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of company-wide initiatives and programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and revenue for the branch.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the branch, including student achievement and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to education and health and safety.
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote the branch and its programs.
- Manage the budget and resources of the branch, ensuring the effective and efficient use of resources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in educational management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Strong financial and budget management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong commitment to quality and customer service.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and policies in the education field.

**Salary**: $2,148.64 - $7,278.22 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
