Assistant Branch Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operation of the school
- Able to work with other departments to understand operations of the company and ensure seamless customer experience
- Drive enrolment, retention and conversion numbers in assigned branch
- Ensure the branch delivers exceptional customer service, addressing customers’ concerns and queries promptly
- Build rapport with students and parents to facilitate open communication and trust
- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
- Statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
- Good team player, able to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and attention to detail.
- Able to work at “retail hours” and both weekends

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
