[What the role is]
As a Senior Executive in the Industry-Based Training Division, your main role will involve developing strong partnership with the industry, in areas of training and development.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible mainly for the following aspects of your assigned areas:

- To identify and engage potential companies to partner ITE in the various workplace learning programmes and training schemes
- To assist companies in their training needs analysis and market solutions through the adoption of ITE’s workplace learning programmes and training schemes
- To engage with participating companies to create and sustain training places for ITE trainees To provide feedback and insights on industry trends relating to workforce training and workplace learning
- To work closely with internal stakeholders on the planning and execution of relevant workplace learning programmes and activities
- To perform related backend administrative dutie

[What we are looking for]

You should have:

- At least 2 years of work experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales;
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and project management experience
- Proficiency in the use of digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics/Visualisation will be an added advantage
