- Strong strategic planning and execution skills to align with long-term business goals.
- Ability to foster a collaborative work environment across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance analysis.

**Communication & Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Fluentin English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- MBA degree, preferably with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is must, with a preference for Chemical Engineering.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 15-20 years of SEA region experience in the paint industry, with a strong focus on marine and protective coatings.
- Proven track record of success in senior sales management roles within the paint/coatings industry.
- Experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth across multiple regions preferably in SEA
