DESIGNATION : Programme Manager (3-year contract), SMU Academy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support sourcing of academic related duties pertaining to assigned programmes
- Manage all participant facing interactions and enquiries for assigned programmes
- Manage existing trainers/faculty contracts for assigned programmes to ensure proper record keeping and ensure trainers/faculty are remunerated on time
- Support Associate Director, Head SOBI Pillar to review assigned programmes, customer feedback and material to ensure continued relevance and quality of curricula and where necessary, propose and implement agile modifications to programmes such as structure, delivery models amongst others
- Assist operations and administration team on registration and attendance matters to ensure proper records on participants and programmes are maintained
- Set up programme schedules with trainers/faculty for assigned programmes in discussion with marketing team and Associate Director, Head SOBI Pillar
- Timely preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports internally and externally to the relevant funding agencies
- Regular review of all SOPs to ensure internal processes are updated and aligned with policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the Senior Manager, Business Development and the Associate Director (Head SOBI) in the development of effective marketing strategies, through knowledge of competitive intensity, accurate identification of target programme profiles (tpp), customer discovery and beachhead markets, amongst others, to overcome market entry challenges for programmes
- Actively network in the market to source and identify potential trainers with both industry-leading and teaching experience to deliver and conduct the potential programmes identified
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree holder
- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience preferably in education related areas
- Motivated, disciplined and organized individual who is able to work independently and a team player in a fast paced environment
- Possess high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong people management skills
- Able to work collaboratively with others
