DESIGNATION : Executive, Programme Support (approx 3-mth contract), SMUA
RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide programme support specific to SOBI Pillar in SMU Academy, particularly to all activities 14 days prior to the start of courses offered by the pillar.
- Preparation of all related class logistics for in-person courses.
- Check for new registration details in CABS (Training Management System)
- Conduct bulk uploads for corporate clients in CABS
- Make the necessary changes for incorrect sponsorship status
- Ensure applicants’ meet the relevant courses’ pre-requisites
- Collection of SME forms from company-sponsored applicants
- Verification of all required registration documents are in order before accepting the registration
- Support the Programme Managers in sending out the grading templates to trainers for non-LMS classes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma
- Good people skills
- Strong time management
- Basic administrative skills
- Meticulous and able to work under tight timeline
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
