DESIGNATION : Executive/Senior Executive, Communications (3-year contract), SMUA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Send RapidSMS (SMS messages) to inform participants on late-notice programme updates.
- Transfer/withdraw individual participants, when necessary, in the system and update relevant stakeholders.
- Staff is to perform course support duties mínimally 2-4 times in a year to stay current with the latest operational processes and SOPs of the Academy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Possess good level of written and communication skills.
- Strong service-oriented mindset.
- Meticulous, analytical and detail-oriented.
- Self-driven, resourceful and adapt to changes well.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency.
- Familiar with RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath and Workato will be advantageous.
