DESIGNATION : Executive/Senior Executive, Operations (approx 3-mth contract), SMUA
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is to support the operations of SMU Academy (SMUA) in the areas of communication with participants on logistics and administrative support matters, especially during the pre-course and during-course phases.
The major job duties and responsibilities for this position include:
- Transfer/withdraw individual participants, when necessary, in the system and update relevant stakeholders
- Collect and consolidate Letter of Undertaking (LOU) from participants
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Adaptable and flexible
- Possess good level of written and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency
- Able to work collaboratively with others
- Able to work with data to interpret and generate reports
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to adapt to changes well
- Able to interact with people of all levels and communicate complex issues in an effective manner
