As a Deputy Director in the Enterprise Administration & Finance Division, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight to your cluster, driving operational excellence and financial governance. You will play a crucial role in shaping financial policies and developing high-performing teams to support the organisation's strategic objectives.

- Oversee the preparation of ITE Group financial statements and the ITE Education Fund financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements, financial reporting standards, government and charity financial regulations.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, monitoring & management of budgets, including review of budgetary policies/procedures.
- Coordinate external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and follow up actions
- Review of financial controls for relevancy and update to address new / emerging risk
- Oversee ITE’s investment portfolio (including review of investment guidelines and strategies for returns and risk management) and cashflow management
- Manage finance team, resource planning, encouraging a mindset of process enhancement
- Serve as secretariat support for Finance Investment Committee and Audit Risk Committee

- Proven track record in leading large-scale financial operations and managing diverse teams
- Experience in public sector financial management, including expertise in government budgeting, procurement policies, and financial governance frameworks would be an advantage
- Demonstrated success in implementing strategic financial initiatives and organisational transformation projects
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders across agencies
