**What the role is**
- MND’s Human Resource Section formulates and implements people initiatives to support MND’s organisational goals and develop our officers to the fullest of their potential. We also develop and drive employee engagement strategies to make MND an employer of choice and a great place to work.

**What you will be working on**
- As one of the Deputy Directors in our Human Resource Section, you will lead a team to drive and oversee some HR functional areas such as Business Partnering, Leadership & Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Organisational Development & Culture Building and Digitalisation. You will also need to coach and develop your team to unlock their potential and work closely with the other Deputy Directors to deliver our HR mission.

**What we are looking for**
- We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented individual to join us. You should preferably possess/be: - Relevant qualifications, or prior work experience in Human Resource, will be an advantage - Experience in leading a team - An inquisitive mind with good communication and writing skills - Good conceptualising skills and able to analyse complex information - Confident to engage key stakeholders - A team player and be able to work with staff at various levels - Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
