Deputy Director, Human Resource Management Overview You will lead the HRM department and provide guidance on workforce planning for STB, HR Business Partnering, Green Harvesting and HR operations. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders (rest of HR teams and STB line units) and external partners (e.g., LinkedIn, Bright Sparks, other public sector agencies). Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to the HRM department in deliverables and stakeholder engagement. Advise DHROD and STB Management team on HR management policies and initiatives. Guide the team on HR matters in STB including recruitment, deployment (including overseas postings) and staff management issues. Oversee the recruitment, deployment and management of fresh graduates into STB via internship programmes and scholarships. Ensure synergy between HR processes and HR policies, streamline administration and supervise HRM team to deliver support for Workday and employee lifecycle changes. Qualifications Minimum 12 years of work experience, including at least 5 years of supervisory experience. People manager skills with proven track record of delivering results when leading teams. Strong grounding in policy and ability to translate and drive policy from review to implementation. Strong analytical and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management, trust building, and team player. Self‑starter, innovative thinker, passionate about HR and market trends for STB.
