Winner of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500 competitions, our company, which is growing rapidly in France and internationally, wishes to strengthen its teams.Located in Carrières-sur-Seine (78), Los Angeles (USA), and Singapore, we address a wide range of markets ranging from the navy to aeronautics, including autonomous cars and drones. **Mission**: To follow our fast growth, we are looking for a Junior Field Application Engineer to join our Singapore office. You will be working under the APAC Customer Support Manager supervision to you will be responsible for assisting our customers from product qualification to their implementation as well as participating in the qualification and internal testing of new solutions. **Responsibilities**: - Provide before sales support: - Prepare and conduct onsite product demonstrations and customer tests, - Manage test and support equipment including product check, scheduling, - Assist sales team with technical inputs for bid answering, - Attending in dedicated Trade Shows and Conferences to support the Sales team. - After sales support: - Online support (Desk, Team-Viewer, mail, phone,), - On site assistance for installation and commissioning, - On site or remote customer training, - Manage and Follow equipment return for tests and repairs. - Other internal duties: - Technical document writing and reviewing (Documentation, Technical articles, test reports, etc.), - New products / firmware / software test and review, - Link between sales, customers and R&D to provide feedback about bugs and wished improvements. This position will require regular travel in APAC Area, an occasionally in France. **Profil**: Education in computer sciences or embedded systems engineering, ideally with a experience in robotics, you are curious about various technologies in all fields (Sea, Land, Air). Proficiency in data analysis tools (desired Octave / Matlab), and eventually in positioning and navigation systems (GNSS, inertial, Imaging, Lidar, etc.) - Can demonstrate fluency in English, on both writing and oral (working language), other languages (such as Chinese), are a plus. - Have good communication skills, like to be in direct contact with customers, and working in team. - Enjoy challenge while being adaptable with problem solving capabilities.
